LOST PASSWORD
If you have lost your password and can’t get into your account please head to https://my.vatsim.net/reset and follow the instructions to reset it.
CHANGE REGION
If you need to change your region, go to https://my.vatsim.net/ and log in with your VATSIM credentials. In the top right corner select your profile and under User functions click on Change Region
CHANGE DIVISION
If you are registered in VATEUD and need to change your division, go to https://core.vateud.net/ and log in with your VATSIM credentials. On the current vACC line you will find a dropdown to select your new division.
CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS
If you need to change your email address, go to https://my.vatsim.net/ and log in with your VATSIM credentials. In the top right corner select your profile and under User functions click on Change email
